The Rhode Island Republican Party announced eleven General Assembly candidates Monday night at a rally host by the Rhode Island Republican Strike Force.
The rally drew about 100 people to the
This has nothing to do with an advertising campaign. The strike force is a grassroots boost on the ground volunteer force that will assist candidates with things they need to get elected, said Michael Napolitano one of the founders of the strike force along with Eileen Grossman.
Keith Anderson was one of the candidates unveiled at the rally. Anderson, an

House Minority leader Brian Newberry said that the strike force is the answer to restoring balance to the General Assembly. He said it is not that the Democrats are bad people but there is too many of them.
Representative Doreen Costa threw her support behind the candidates saying I need your help up there.
Matthew Guerra, a second time candidate who ran in 2010 for House 46, said that since his last election the state has just gotten worse. What have we done in the past two years? he questioned.
Representative Joe Trillo said that this is the year for Republicans, I dont think we have ever had the disgust with the state and the country like we have this year.
Other candidates introduced included, Peter Costa Jr. for House District 67, John Falkowski House 23, Jay Forgue for Senate District 23, Russ Hryzan for Senate District 6, Clay Johnson for House Distrcit 39, Robert Lancia for Senate District 27, John Lindholm for Senate District 37, and Anthony Mastrosstefano from House District 74. One election it's the Clean Slate campaign, the next it's the Strike Force. It's called BRANDING. You don't see GMC or Tide changing their slogans and logos every two years, do you? There's a good reason for that if you can figure it out. Put these goof-offs all together, add the collective IQs and pray. Then prepare to have more than 94 Democrats seated in the General Assembly come January 2013. |

(6/26/2012 2:50:42 PM) All three of those GOP incumbents: Newberry, Costa, and Trillo, voted in favor of spending $75,000 of taxpayer money to open a gift shop and visitor center in the statehouse. This, with no jobs, unfunded pensions, a budget deficit of $150 million, homelessness, and massive foreclosures. These people were worse than the Democrats because they lie. They claim to be fiscal conservatives, but lie to you and participate in the pillage. At least the you know the Dems tell you they will. |

(5/14/2012 10:34:40 AM) Keith Anderson is a fraud. He is a pupet candidate that was supposed to be running against Scott Guthrie. Anderson says the same thing over and over again, vote for me becuase I could stay home and collect more than going to work. Wow, we should pin a medal on him. The country has paid a lot of money to make the world user friendly for the disabled. Seeing that he can go to work, means he shoudl go to work just like the rest of us. He perviously worked in the maortgage indsutry that helped bring this on this recession. When the real esatte bubble burst he went to the public sector looking for work because he knew he would get special treatment. Now he thinks he's owed something. We do not need a Tea Party extremist in this district. We have an excellent rep right now, who by the way voted for pension reform and against longevity for state workers. A vote for Keith Anderson will only take away any representation that the 15,000 people in District 29 now enjoy. |
