I was fortunate enough to sit down with Central Falls native and SAG award winner Viola Davis who was in town this past week for a busy schedule of events that included giving the Providence College commencement address, receiving a 2012 Pell Award and returning to her high school and college alma maters.     We chatted at the Dukin Dontus Center where she was just minutes away from delivering the P.C.  commencement address and receiving an honorary degree.  Davis not only proves that she is kind, smart and important but an asset to Hollywood whose star will shine for many years to come.
