Fall River Fire chief calls triple-decker fire 'severe'

A fire on Williams Street in Fall River had a three story apartment building englufed in flames on Monday.
Fire officials described the fire as severe, however, fire crews were able to contain the flames and no one was injured. Fire Fighters are still searching for a dog that was in the building at the time of the fire.
This is the secong big fire in a Fall River apartment house in less than 24 hours. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
