The lights are a deterrent so assholes like you don't drive into the work crew, the hole, etc. Yeah maybe as flagger should be there and no cop, maybe you'll drive off the bridge FOUR EYED GOOF WANNA BE SECURITY GUARD HAHAHAHA |

Private vendors pay for details and cruiser fees, or reimburse the city. That four eyed goof is just jealous he couldn't even become a security guard. |
