Warwick police detectives seized 31 marijuana plants, a small quantity of marijuana and some cash during a drug operation at a residence Wednesday.
At the home police arrested 48-year-old Donovan Barnett and 27-year-old Donovan Hodgkinson who both lived at the home at 55 Woburn Avenue in Warwick.
Warwick police say the two men displayed Rhode Island Department of Health medical marijuana cards, however, they were in excess of the legal limit for possessing and growing marijuana for medical purposes.
Additionally, the suspects participated in the illegal sale of marijuana on several occasions. They were held overnite and appeared in Third District Court Thursday and released on bail. Police say their investigation involved the sale and delivery of marijuana.

1st off you have no idea of his medical condition. Secondly the Warwick police aledge the sale of marijuana. Don't forget, the Warwick police arrested and sentenced one of thier own for murder. Years later he was proven innocent. Warwick police are corrupt! So before we make judgement I think it's smart to know the facts first! It's people like you who ruin the program!
