By refusing to allow the 911 call to be made from his property where the drinking causing the emergency occured, Chafee's son did just that. He endangered more than just the girl who was sick, too, by the sounds of it. Other kids who'd been drinking there were forced to drive off the property to get their friend the help that she needed. |
