Abel Collins is an independent candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2nd District and he wants to be able to debate. So far WPRI channel 12 has not let him in on their debate which aired last night, and WJAR channel 10 has a corporate policy to mandate a 10% polling number before candidates are allowed in the debate.
